Her nose is WAAAAAAAAAAY wider in the younger pic!! Her features are much more African in the before pic...her nose is like Nicole Kidmans in the top one.
And her lips were much thinner, too!

It looks like she had alittle something done to her nose MAYBE, If you lose weight it changes your features..age is another factor....

Come on people, its called baby fat! Not plastic surgery! That picture was taken over 20 yrs ago and you still expect her to look the same??!!
