Dont think she's had a boob or nose job. At least she hasnt had implants. The boobs are pushed up. The nose looks different due to the way she is smiling in the first picture...that is all.

She doesn't look like she's had a boob job or a nose job. In the photo on the right the dress looks like it pushes her breasts down and like she's not wearing a bra.

I think that dress just smooshes them up and out....they look like they are prob "muffin-topped" out the top if she turned to the side. Her nose is definately slimmer though....looks like some clever minor surgery.

No boob job, no nose job. She's wearing a bustier in the second pic with a huge wash of white eyeshadow under her eyes and over her bridge, which slims down the profile of her nose--it's a makeup trick that I've done, myself.
