width I can say for sure that my nose is a lot narrower now that it was when I was in my teens and I certainly haven't had a nose job! Her whole face looks slimmer in the top pic, so I think

She probably has...apparently it's really common among actresses, since it's not that expensive (for them!) and small changes to the nose can make such a big difference in your appearance.
