She might just have grown into her nose, plus when people smile it the flares the nostrils making the nose look wider. The makeup and nice hair is the only thing that makes her pretty. Haha

I don't think she did. I looked like I had a huge nose as a kid (like her) and I've grown into mine over time and it now suits my face very well... I've seen this happen with other people
